EU Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

At Nottingham Reds, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you may have certain rights under EU consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer and reside within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returning Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that have been personalised or customised to your specifications.
- Products made to order specifically for you.
- Items featuring custom names, numbers, text, or designs requested by the customer.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.
As many Nottingham Reds products are produced on demand and may be customised, some orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
Where a product is exempt from cancellation rights, this will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Important: Most Nottingham Reds products are made to order. Personalised or customised products are generally exempt from the EU 14-day cancellation right and cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun.
